COVID-19 is a new disease that has not been previously identified in humans. Rarely, animal coronaviruses can infect people, and more rarely, these can then spread from person to person through close contact.
On March 17, 2020, Ontario declared a State of Emergency. On March 24, 2020, the regulatory bodies who oversee licencing for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Registered Massage Therapy, and Naturopathic Care all released directives in response to the Provincial list of essential services. Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Care were listed to treat emergency cases only.
On May 26, 2020, new directive from the Province has given us permission to reopen BUT we must comply with new guidelines to allow our clinic to operate and maintain the principles of social distancing, hand hygiene, and diligent screening. This page will introduce our clients to our new changes.
Booking Your Appointment
When booking your appointment, please call us at (416) 279-0460, where our administrative staff will guide you through a series of COVID-19 screening questions. If you screen as negative for COVID-19, we will proceed to schedule your appointment. Our administrative staff will contact you one day prior to your appointment, where they will screen you one more time. If you screen as positive for COVID-19, we will not be able to schedule you an appointment at this time. In this case, one of our clinicians will contact you directly within 24 hours to further discuss your case and give you further direction.

Arriving For Your Appointment
Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before or no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time. This will ensure that there is a steady flow of patients coming into and out of the clinic at all times with no overcrowding. If you do arrive earlier than the 5 minute mark, we strongly advise that you remain in your vehicle until your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will not be able to treat you at this time.
Attending Your Appointment
Please wear a mask for your appointment to prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you do not have your own mask, you can purchase one from us for $1.00.
Please come to your appointment alone. If you require assistance, you can only bring one attendant with you, and they must remain in the treatment area with you at all times
We have designed a path and procedure to follow throughout the clinic. You will enter the doors and sanitize your hands before being checked in by our administrative staff. After checking in, your respective clinician will greet you and bring you into the treatment area, following our one-way path around the clinic. After your treatment is completed, you will exit to the front lobby following the one-way path, where our administrative staff will take your payment and book future appointments.

Regarding payment, we strongly encourage paying for your treatment using credit/debit and tapping your card, however cash is still accepted but not preferred.
