We are conveniently located in the heart of the GTA. We are very close to Highway 401 near the Scarborough Town Centre. Physio F/X is directly across from the Scarborough YMCA and a two minute walk from the Scarborough Town Centre, Scarborough Civic Centre, and the Scarborough and McCowan LRT (Light Rapid Transit) stations.

PARKING OPTIONS
Paid parking on the "P1" level under our building that can be accessed from the West side of the building.
Parking at Scarborough Town Centre ( all parking lots are open after 11 am, a select few are open at 9:30am)
Parking in the lot immediately East of the YMCA (after 11 am, visible in the picture above)
Metered Parking in front of 55 Town Centre Court and behind on Borough Drive (until 6pm, then free)
Metered Parking within the parking lot at 200 Town Centre Ct (just West of the YMCA)
Pay Parking – Scarborough Civic Centre
TTC OPTIONS
From the Scarborough RT/ GO station: when you come out of the station at the shopping center level walk toward the Civic Centre and turn left at the bottom of the stairs/ramp. Walk in the direction of the YMCA (eastwards) and 55 Town Centre Court is directly opposite the YMCA (look for our sign on the side of the building).
From the McCowan RT station: when you exit onto McCowan Road, the intersection immediately to the south of the station is Town Centre Court. Walk westward (toward the Scarborough YMCA which is on the right) and look for our sign on 55 Town Centre Court (we will be on your left).
